Mount Pilatus Kulm
When I first visited Mt. Pilatus last summer, I was mesmerized by its beauty. I have pondered many times since then about this mountain's allure in the winter. I imagined snow capped mountains, white rolling hills, and gorgeous sunsets reflecting off the snow.
Last weekend, a perfect opportunity arose to revisit Mt. Pilatus. Our friends arriving from the U.S. for just the weekend and wanted to experience a quick flavor of Switzerland. So, with pleasure, I drove to Kriens on a clear, sunny, warm splendid day in February. The weather could not be more perfect for a visit to Pilatus Kulm. Really, how many mountains in Switzerland are given their own web site? Even the famous Matterhorn has to share a web site with Zermatt.
